Fixit, in collaboration with SW RESEARCH, has conducted the first study in Poland to give a better insight into the impressions of both customers and sellers in the area of their experience with service outlets repairing electronics (smartphones, computer monitors, scanners, printers). The outcome of the conducted study is the first edition of the Report on the survey of the customer experience level in the consumer electronics repair market in Poland.

STUDY SAMPLE
The survey-based study conducted among customers was based on a sample of 56 respondents who had experience with having their electronic devices repaired by electronics service centres. The sample of sellers consisted of 54 persons.
DEMOGRAPHICS
The report makes it possible to learn more about those who use the services provided by service centres. We can find out e.g. where they live and what sex they are.
REPAIR TIME
The report includes e.g. information about the duration of repairs performed for both customers and sellers.
QUALITY OF COMMUNICATION
The report features opinions (final impressions) of respondents from both of the surveyed groups regarding the quality of communication with service centres.
